They chat about the importance of the various levels of professional development, strategies to building a culture of development and how we make time for writing and reading.

Bonnie is a former media licensing lawyer who changed careers and became an academic librarian in 2008 and has not looked back! Bonnie works as the Library Director of the Woodbridge Campus Library at Berkeley College in Woodbridge, NJ. Bonnie is a robust contributor to the professional librarian community both locally in the NJ and nationally, currently serving as Past-President of the ACRL-NJ Chapter (also NJLA-CUS) and now co-chairs it's Strategic Planning Task Force. Bonnie serves as a Board Member for LibraryLink NJ, a NJ Library Co-operative and serves as a board member of the Rutgers University School of Communication and Information Advisory Board Council. Nationally, Bonnie is the past Co-Convener of ACRL’s Library and Marketing Outreach Interest Group and currently is on the ACRL Professional Development Committee and the ACRL Conference 2020 Committee.
