How do we tell is our students are truly information literate? Are our assessment efforts moving us towards answering that question? In this episode, Jessica and Amanda interview ACRL-NJ Chapter President, Cara Berg, and talk about their experiences with assessment, the challenges they encounter and how they are using the data they collect. They also share this week's work triumphs and work fails.
Our Guest: Cara Berg Cara Berg is the Co-Coordinator of User Education and Reference Librarian at the David and Lorraine Cheng Library at William Paterson University. She has worked as an information literacy librarian for 8 years. Her research interests include active learning, assessment, and general information literacy.
